The problem
Shift scheduling for hourly teams usually ends up in a spreadsheet that someone has to fix at 11pm on a Sunday, and time tracking on paper or in a separate app means payroll is built from data nobody fully trusts.
What was built
Crewly puts scheduling and time tracking in one native app that staff can use without installing anything extra — shifts get dragged onto the calendar or posted open for anyone to claim, and clock-in/out happens with a 4-digit PIN on whatever device is nearest, no company hardware required. Payroll-ready reports export daily, weekly, or monthly, by staff or by location, so the numbers going into payroll are the numbers that were actually worked. Built and shipped as a real native iOS app — approved and cleared for distribution, not a wrapped web page.
